Returns will be accepted only in cases where items are Missing, Wrong, or Damaged (MWD), or if the product does not conform to the agreed specifications. All such requests will be subject to inspection and formal approval.
Cancellations are strictly not permitted under any circumstances, as per our Zero Cancellation Policy.
Any return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Upon approval, pickup arrangements will be made within 7 working days, following successful inspection.
