By accessing or transacting on Ample’s Enterprise platform, you agree to the following terms:

• Eligibility: This platform is intended for registered businesses and authorized representatives only.
  
• Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and confirmation by Ample.
  
• Pricing: Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges unless stated otherwise.
  
• Payment: Invoices must be settled within the agreed credit period. Delays may attract interest or service suspension.
  
• Returns & Cancellations: Returns are accepted for MWD (Missing, Wrong, or Damaged) items or for products non-conforming to the agreed specifications, subject to inspection and approval. Cancellations are not permitted under any circumstances, as a strict Zero Cancellation Policy shall apply.
  
• Limitation of Liability: Ample shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or products.
  
• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru.
